Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all! Many of our clients provide us with access to their home while they're at work or out for the day. If you'd prefer to be home, that's absolutely fine too.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that life happens! Just let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to arrange another suitable time.
Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
No, we bring everything needed to complete your clean. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, we're happy to accommodate where possible.
Are you insured?
Yes. We take great pride in caring for your home and are fully insured for your peace of mind.
